Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Manager, Deployment Team - Accounting Solutions to lead its Deployment Team focused on Accounting Solutions in a hybrid role based in either San Francisco or New York City.
About the Role
As the Manager of the Deployment Team, you will lead and manage the implementation team, oversee client implementations from kickoff to go-live, develop and optimize implementation processes, collaborate with cross-functional partners, oversee data migration, and identify risks to keep projects on track.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing a team in ERP or accounting software implementations.
- 7-10 years of experience with ERP or accounting software implementation (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments with a focus on process improvement.
