PHD is seeking a Manager, Digital Activation to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves implementing and sustaining processes for successful programmatic campaigns and contributing to the growth of the client and agency business.
About the Role
As a Manager, Digital Activation, you will own multiple programmatic campaigns, manage project implementation, and ensure seamless activation and performance of media. You will analyze the digital marketplace, build relationships with various teams, and provide insights and recommendations on programmatic tools. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, manage timelines, and report on campaign performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of programmatic buying experience.
- Substantial knowledge of DSPs, programmatic buying methods, and measurement tools.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to teach.
Preferred:
- Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP, and MediaOcean Prisma.
- Proficient in digital analytics fundamentals and data management concepts.
- Strong mathematical abilities and analytical skills.
