Summary
RTX is seeking a Manager, Employee Comms - Engineering to join their team in a Hybrid role. The position focuses on engaging and inspiring employees within the Technology & Global Engineering function.
About the Role
As the Manager, Employee Communications - Engineering, you will craft and implement effective communication strategies that resonate with employees. Your responsibilities include designing employee communications campaigns, producing internal communications, supporting organizational change communications, and collaborating with HR and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You
Required:
- University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive communications strategies.
- Experience working with senior executives.
- Experience in engaging with key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities.
- Previous experience utilizing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in Communications supporting an engineering, technology and/or scientific function.
- Strong skills in crafting compelling messages and storytelling for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
