Summary
NRUCFC (National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation) is seeking a Manager, End User Services to lead Helpdesk operations in Dulles, VA. The role involves managing user support, provisioning, and technology management for CFC's Digital Workplace.
About the Role
As the Manager, End User Services, you will provide leadership to the Helpdesk team, manage end user requests and incidents, cultivate relationships with users, oversee asset management and system updates, and partner with engineering teams to support IT initiatives. You will also seek continuous improvement in processes and oversee on-call support.
About You
Required:- BS in Information Technology, Engineering, Management or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in information technology, with at least 2 years leading an enterprise help desk.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, M365, and Enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:- Experience with ITIL processes and SOX compliance.
- Experience supporting telecom and conference room technologies.
