About the Role
As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will recruit, mentor, and develop the enterprise solutions engineering team. You will refine and scale core solutions engineering processes, work with solution engineers to design and present business solutions, manage technical wins, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also provide critical feedback to product and engineering teams and represent Box at regional conferences and industry events.
About You
Required:
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or solution consulting.
- Demonstrated success working with Fortune 1000 customers.
- Stellar interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Extraordinary presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in managing a solutions engineering team.
- Ability to influence technical decision makers and executives.
- History of overachievement of quota in previous roles.
