About the Role
As the Manager Environmental Services I, you will oversee the administrative functions of the department, conduct regular inspections, and collaborate with other departments to maintain standards. You will address equipment malfunctions, develop plans for KPI deficiencies, and provide budgetary input to the Director. Additionally, you will be responsible for timekeeping, recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
About You
Required:
- AA degree and 3 years of supervisory experience in environmental services, operations, or related field required OR 5 years of supervisory experience in environmental services and/or operations required.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) credential preferred.
