About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- At least three years of experience in housekeeping or service operations.
- Knowledge of general housekeeping procedures in healthcare facilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with applicable codes and regulatory requirements for safety and JCAHO.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
