- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably technical or business.
- 5+ years’ experience within engineering, manufacturing, material handling or technology industry.
- 2+ years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably remote management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing department budget.
- 2+ or more years in material handling industry.
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma experience or certification.
