- 6+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company.
- Team management experience and a passion for building and developing a team.
- Experience owning budgets for major functional areas within an organization.
- Ability to thrive in high-performance cultures and handle stress well.
- Experience building and reviewing highly complex financial models.
- Proven ability to earn the trust of senior leaders and influence their thinking on key strategic decisions.
