About the Role
As the Manager of the Financial Crime Intelligence Unit, you will be responsible for shaping the regional financial crime intelligence strategy, leading investigations into sophisticated financial crime activities, and collaborating with the BSA Officer to provide critical insights for regulatory compliance. You will oversee the intelligence cycle, develop threat analysis capabilities, and mentor a team of analysts to ensure operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial crime investigations role within a US-regulated financial institution.
- Proven experience in conducting and managing complex financial crime investigations.
- Deep understanding of US AML/CFT regulations and OFAC sanctions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in FinTech or a payments company.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
