Ringside Talent is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team in Cleveland, OH. The role involves driving forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic financial insights within the manufacturing industry.
About the Role
As a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes. You will consolidate financial results across manufacturing sites, prepare executive-level reporting, analyze variances and key performance drivers, and partner with plant leadership and operations to support decision-making. Additionally, you will build financial models, monitor manufacturing KPIs, develop dashboards, and manage a team of FP&A analysts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, with manufacturing industry experience required.
- Strong understanding of cost structures, standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with enterprise planning systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across operations.
Preferred:
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to work onsite part-time in a hybrid Cleveland, OH environment.
