Summary
CooperSurgical is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves overseeing consolidated Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting and leading financial planning and forecasting processes for Life Science Operations.
About the Role
As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning lifecycle, developing master templates, and delivering variance analysis and financial commentary. You will collaborate with the Global FP&A team and support the Life Science Capital Expenditure process, while also driving process improvements for efficient reporting.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years FP&A experience within manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in financial consolidation systems (e.g., HFM, Adaptive Planning).
- B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Preferred:
- Prior experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) or a similar ERP system.
