About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage and train branch staff, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will be accountable for achieving financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals, while also developing sales strategies and promoting the Credit Union in the community.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum five years’ experience in consumer banking/financial services required.
- Minimum of three to four years’ banking leadership experience required.
- Notary Public license required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Spanish speaking language preferred.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
