About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical training team manager or team leader.
- 3 years of experience as a people manager.
- 3 years of experience as a technical trainer, preferably in the clinical operations industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer training curriculum development.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer training project management.
- Solid knowledge of Articulate RISE, Google Suite, Zoom, JIRA, and Camtasia.
