About the Role
As the Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for creating scalable frameworks for sales teams, translating strategic goals into structured sales motions, and improving operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include standardizing pipeline stages, identifying process gaps, leading the rollout of new sales processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective CRM workflows.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing sales processes in a recurring revenue or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, including Channel, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent communication skills with a structured and clear approach to problem-solving.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred:
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
