About the Role
As a Manager, Healthcare Finance & Strategy, you will lead research and data analysis efforts, oversee the identification of strategic challenges, conduct performance assessments, mentor junior team members, and cultivate relationships with healthcare leaders. You will also be responsible for project delivery and ensuring alignment with client goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Healthcare discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in strategic planning, service line development, and enterprise-wide transformation strategy.
- Experience managing engagement teams and providing strategic support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced).
Preferred:
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or MPA.
- Experience in healthcare strategy consulting within a professional services firm.
