Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Manager, HR Compensation, M&A Strategy to join their Advisory practice in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves providing executive-based compensation consulting services and advising on HR M&A transactions.
About the Role
As a Manager in the KPMG Strategy practice, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive compensation consulting services, advising on compensation elements in HR M&A transactions, leading IPO compensation planning initiatives, managing engagement processes, mentoring junior team members, and driving business development initiatives.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of five years consulting experience in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit plans.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
- Experience in an HR M&A due diligence and integration environment.
- Extensive experience in project management.
- Strong quantitative, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Attained or on track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designations.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
