About the Role

As the Manager, HR Systems & Integrations, you will serve as the technical lead for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management integrations. Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining data interfaces, developing API-based integrations, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to optimize workflows. You will also manage system upgrades and maintain technical documentation while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, or a related field.
5-8 years of progressive experience in HR systems management or HR technology, with 3+ years working specifically with UKG platforms.
Deep understanding of UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management system architecture and integration capabilities.
Expertise in API development and troubleshooting (REST, SOAP) and file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON).
Strong knowledge of system security models, user provisioning, and SSO concepts.

Preferred:

Master's degree in a related field.
Experience with middleware or integration tools such as Workato.
Supervisory or technical project leadership experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., UKG Pro Integration Specialist, HRIP, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PMP).
