About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence, implement Lean Manufacturing principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic direction for teams, implementing Lean practices, leading engagement programs, managing inventory accuracy, and utilizing data analytics to optimize processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading multiple departments in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Green belt certification.
- SAP proficient.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital dashboard development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with digital transformation projects.
- Black belt certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
