About the Role
As a Manager I in the Site Selection & Incentives Advisory practice, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define site selection criteria, analyze data from various sources, manage projects, and prepare presentations. You will also develop financial models, assist in negotiations for financial incentives, and prepare compliance deliverables for clients.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, economic development, or state tax agencies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of site selection methodologies and financial incentive programs, especially in Texas.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in using labor market analysis platforms such as Lightcast.
- Experience with economic and fiscal impact modeling software like IMPLAN or JEDI.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software platforms.
