About You
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in real estate management strategy and technology transformation at an institutional real estate investor or large consulting firm
- 5+ years of experience with real estate/property management software platforms like Yardi, MRI, and/or RealPage
- 5+ years of experience redesigning real estate processes and implementing technology solutions
- Experience leading real estate transformation program management activities including roadmap development and KPI dashboard creation
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Real estate industry certifications and/or relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
- Knowledge of the real estate industry competitive landscape and leading business practices
- Experience with post-merger integration of large real estate firms
- Experience managing three or more Managers, Consultants, or Analysts
- Experience with workflow automation platforms like PEGA, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $144k–$266k
