About the Role
As a Manager, Influencer Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing Clarins' influencer strategy and execution, focusing on paid partnerships. Your tasks will include evaluating and executing influencer campaigns, managing relationships with influencers, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in influencer/social/PR/communications/contract or related space.
- General knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry and media landscape.
- Solid network of influencer talent, agents, publicists, celebrities, and other industry-related gatekeepers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through relationship building with numerous partners.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience creating and managing workflows and calendars.
- Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights strategy.
