About the Role
As the Manager, Influencer, PR & Events, you will be responsible for supporting influencer programming, managing public relations efforts, and coordinating brand events. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Social Media, Brand Marketing, and Customer/Sales, and may involve after hours and weekend work based on program needs.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in PR, influencer, and/or experiential marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- Experience working in social and/or influencer marketing.
- Existing relationships across beauty media, influencer, and talent communities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge & experience using social & influencer management technology platforms.
- Familiarity with CreatorIQ and/or other similar technologies + Influencer partner agencies a plus.
- Skilled in managing agencies, budgets, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
