About the Role
As a Manager Information Technology Services 1, you will oversee the Gaming and Public Integrity (GPI) dedicated team, which includes Enterprise Architect, Data Architect, Change Management, and Dev Ops Teams. Your responsibilities will include establishing processes for testing and Quality Assurance, facilitating collaboration across teams, leading the Change Management team, managing the Dev Ops team, and creating technical documents to ensure successful product deployments.
About You
Required:
- One year of permanent service as an Information Technology Specialist 4 or equivalent roles.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing technical teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and Quality Assurance processes.
