About the Role
As a Manager, Innovation, you will be responsible for analyzing high-impact AI opportunities, acting as a thought partner on AI applications, overseeing the delivery lifecycle of AI initiatives, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving program governance, and managing diverse global project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in program management, business transformation, management consulting, or a technology-focused project delivery role.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Preferred:
- Direct experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or Corporate Services environment.
- Solid understanding of service delivery models and the integration of digital and human labor.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools in project execution.
- Experience working effectively on a global team and prior consulting experience in a client-facing or internal advisory role.
