About the Role
As a Manager, IT Software Lifecycle & Vulnerability Remediation, you will manage Agile squads, investigate and resolve operating system and application vulnerabilities, collaborate with application owners for upgrades and patches, create and maintain documentation, manage deployment schedules, and provide direction to various teams to enhance user experience.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in leading Agile squads and managing IT engineering or operations in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Windows 11, Mac OS, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.
Preferred:
- Agile certifications.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
