KPMG US is seeking a Manager, IT Software Lifecycle & Vulnerability Remediation to join their Digital Nexus Technology organization in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves managing Agile squads and addressing software vulnerabilities to ensure the stability and security of the desktop environment.
About the Role
As a Manager, IT Software Lifecycle & Vulnerability Remediation, you will manage Agile squads, investigate and resolve operating system and application vulnerabilities, collaborate with application owners for upgrades and patches, create and maintain documentation, manage deployment schedules, and provide direction to various teams to enhance user experience.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in leading Agile squads and managing IT engineering or operations in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Windows 11, Mac OS, Linux, Intune Management, Active Directory, and other relevant technologies.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
Preferred:
- Agile certifications.
- Solid understanding of software and vulnerability management concepts in a large enterprise.
