- 5-8 years of HR and/or Employee Relations experience.

- Ability to interpret state and federal laws related to employee relations.
- Strong communication skills for all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Google Suite products.
- Basic understanding of business units and financials.
- Experience in delivering effective employee relations strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate empathetically.
