Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Land Enablement to join their team in Plano, TX. The role involves managing and executing site improvements and infrastructure to prepare sites for future development in the data center industry.
About the Role
As a Manager, Land Enablement, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site and off-site improvements, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with permits and agreements. You will support the implementation of strategic approaches for site preparation, conduct technical reviews of construction plans, and monitor site risks and opportunities. Your role will require effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Real Estate or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in design, project management, construction management, civil engineering, or site/land development.
Preferred:
- Experience with Project Management Software (MS Projects, Prolog, Procore, BIM 360, Smartsheets or similar).
- Data Center development experience.
