About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- 5-8 years of experience in a fully integrated manufacturing environment managing lean, continuous improvement and/or Kaizen programs.
- Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma required; Black Belt certification will be required after hire.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with data gathering and analysis.
- Expertise in leading change and initiating organizational changes.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive results.
- Outstanding PC/System knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
