About the Role

As the Manager, Licensing and Compliance, you will oversee regulatory submissions, license applications, inspections, and audits. You will serve as the primary liaison with state and local regulatory agencies, develop corporate policies, and foster a culture of compliance within the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation systems, coordinating inspections, and providing training on compliance expectations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field.
5-8+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or quality assurance within highly regulated industries.

Preferred:

Master's degree or advanced certification (e.g., RAC, CCEP).
Experience in multi-state cannabis operations.
