About the Role
As the Manager, Maintenance & Facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities, managing vendor partnerships, overseeing budget tracking, developing standard operating procedures, and establishing emergency response plans to support reliable facility operations.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing building services in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with hands-on experience in preventive maintenance.
Preferred:
- Proven experience curating and implementing MOPs and SOPs from scratch.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance (OSHA, ADA, local building codes).
