About the Role
As a Manager, Major Gifts, you will manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, executing tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. You will drive awareness of UWNYC's mission, conduct prospect research, monitor revenue goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align donor strategies with organizational priorities.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive nonprofit development or individual giving experience.
- Proven success managing donor portfolios and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and board members on donor cultivation and stewardship.
- Experience with prospect research, donor pipelines, and CRM systems (Raiser's Edge a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $65,000–$78,491.
