Your responsibilities include developing robust manufacturing test software, managing program execution, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes. You will collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, focusing on manufacturing or production test systems.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineers in a manufacturing or test environment.
- Strong background in manufacturing test software architecture and automation frameworks.
Preferred:
- Experience with robotics, electromechanical systems, or complex hardware products.
- Experience supporting contract manufacturers and multi-site production environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing data systems, traceability, and yield analytics.
