Bubble is seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves owning the measurement, forecasting, and evaluation of go-to-market impact for various marketing initiatives.
About the Role
As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing measurement frameworks for GTM initiatives, building forecasts and LTV models, leveraging AI tools for analysis, and translating marketing activities into outcome metrics. You will collaborate with Brand, Community, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment on success definitions and communicate insights to inform decision-making.
About You
Required:
5–8 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related role.
Strong understanding of marketing measurement, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
Experience building LTV, CAC, and ROI models to inform growth strategy.
Familiarity with modern analytics stacks, including AI-enabled tools.
Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred:
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
Able to balance speed and rigor, delivering insights that are both timely and reliable.
Curious, proactive, and motivated by building systems that scale.
