Summary

About the Role
As a Motor Service Manager, you will establish and oversee daily operations, manage service rates, review repair reports, prepare budgets, and lead a team of motor technicians. You will also communicate with Toshiba Japan regarding repair policies, establish training programs, and collaborate with other departments to improve product design and customer service.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Motor Technician.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- General knowledge of product line and industry standards (i.e. UL, CE, NEMA, IEEE, etc.).
- Experience with Vibration Analysis.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repair of AC/DC Motors up to and exceeding 1000HP.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to identify and evaluate motor failures.
