About the Role
As a Manager, National Tax Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing relevant tax metrics to ensure business and talent objectives are met, collaborating with tax stakeholders to support project execution, and developing practice communications and materials for meetings. You will also participate in strategic initiatives and uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in finance, accounting, resource management, or general business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data tools and reporting platforms (such as SAP/HANA, Alteryx, EDW).
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and negotiating skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge or experience of Microsoft Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to executive level management.
