About You
- 7 – 10+ years in operations with supervisory responsibilities, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Undergraduate degree in Business or related field.
- Extensive experience in new business processing, agent phone call support, and concierge agent support.
- Strong understanding of insurance distribution models and administrative systems.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities along with stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for improving the agent experience.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and meet operational benchmarks.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team development and mentorship.
