About the Role
As the Manager of CarelonRx Inside Sales, you will manage and mentor inside sales staff, review referral activity trends, align inside sales activities to business goals, and partner with the outside sales team. You will also communicate competitor information and issues affecting inside sales to leadership, and be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating the performance of direct reports.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry.
Preferred:
- Salesforce experience.
- Leadership experience.
- EMR and CRM Knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft suite, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
