About the Role
As the Manager of Commercial Placement Transportation Fleet, you will manage carrier placement team members, support the internal rating process with select insurance carriers, and handle fleet transportation risks. Your responsibilities will include developing knowledge of transportation risks, managing team performance, maintaining carrier relationships, analyzing submissions, and promoting process improvements through technology integration.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Active property & casualty license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries.
- Proven experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting business development lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership and coaching ability.
- Deep understanding of markets, clients, and competitors.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
