About the Role
As the Manager of ERP Software Development, you will lead the development and modernization of web-based ERP applications, architect solutions using C#, .NET 8, Blazor, EF Core, and SQL Server, mentor a small team of developers, manage project delivery, and collaborate across departments to align IT solutions with operational needs.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Deep expertise in C#.NET, .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of architecture patterns and Windows environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio 2022.
- 1+ year of technical team leadership or mentorship.
Preferred:
- Experience converting VB.NET to C#.
- Familiarity with Syncfusion components, Quartz.NET, or ERP systems.
