As the Manager of Hospital Reimbursement & Government Programs, you will lead a team responsible for managing Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement processes, evaluating budget impacts, overseeing audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will serve as a liaison to government agencies and external auditors, analyze reimbursement trends, and communicate complex financial matters to senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Healthcare field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospital reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid, and audit/regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clinical, finance, executive, and regulatory stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience managing a small Healthcare Finance team.
- Desire to lead initiatives in revenue enhancement and accuracy.
