About the Role

As the Manager of Implementation Services, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team, overseeing customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also monitor team capacity and drive solutions to improve implementation processes.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience, including EHR/EMR platforms.
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.

Preferred:

Clinical background in behavioral health or general healthcare.
Experience with SaaS/cloud-based healthcare solutions.
