About You
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in training, professional development, or instructional design within a law firm environment.
- Experience delivering technology-focused training to attorneys or other professionals.
- Strong understanding of law firm systems and workflows, including document management, timekeeping, billing, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-focused learning.
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
