- Proven experience in product management and team leadership, including managing remote or distributed teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, Kanban frameworks, and execution-focused project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
- Solid understanding of API design principles, product integrations, and developer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities.
- Proficiency with roadmap management tools such as Aha!.
- Experience with communication and collaboration tools including Slack and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to construct basic data queries for analytics and market research.
- Ability to effectively lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with the heavy-duty industry and software solutions.
- Familiarity and practical experience with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with user-interface design tools such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Product Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Formal Product Management training.
