About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with a public or private organization in finance and compliance.
- Advanced-level knowledge of public finance tools and capital markets.
- Expertise in debt compliance, trust indenture requirements, and financial analysis.
- Experience with bond and note indenture compliance, incentive and economic development financing, grant management, and real estate development.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Risk Evaluation.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
