About the Role
As the Surgical Services Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the Same Day Surgery, GI Lab, CS, OR, and PACU departments. You will lead nursing personnel, ensuring effective communication and professionalism while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. Your role includes assessing, planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the operations and resources of the Surgical Services department.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Three to five years of hospital nursing experience in operating room, surgical services, or acute care.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar capacity or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Current WI Registered Nurse License.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in nursing or related health care field.
- CNOR certification.
