Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Manager, Oracle Cloud Payroll to join their Advisory practice in Dallas, TX. The role involves participating in Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll projects and providing implementation support and optimization.
About the Role
As a Manager, Oracle Cloud Payroll, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements, reviewing and mapping business processes, and advising clients on system services available within the Oracle Cloud application. You will also identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Functional Lead/Architect with Oracle Cloud and EBS Payroll.
- Minimum of three full life cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud Payroll as a Functional Lead/Architect.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll processes and best practices.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Experience with Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions, and full deployment life cycle.
- Functional Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from American Payroll Association or equivalency from global payroll associations.
