About the Role
As the Manager of the Parks & Recreation Older Active Adults Center, you will plan, organize, and supervise recreation programs and special events. You will lead daily operations, manage staff, develop department policies, oversee budget preparation, and handle front desk operations. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Parks leadership team and managing contracts with vendors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in recreation or leisure administration or related field.
- Three to four years of progressively responsible experience in recreation, leisure, or related field.
Preferred:
- Certified Park and Recreation Professional.
- CPR, AED, and first aid certification.
