About You
- Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or Bachelor's degree in progress.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare operations, call center management, or care coordination.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in population health, care management, and/or patient engagement strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act as a servant leader and foster collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
